Florien terms of use.
The basic rules for using Florien and the responsibilities shared between you and the person providing the service.
Who provides Florien
Florien is provided by Alperen Demirdöğer, operating under the Wire & Fire brand in Türkiye. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@wirefire.co.
Eligibility and family use
You must be at least 16 to create a Florien account. A younger person may use a profile within an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The account holder is responsible for activity and information added through the account.
Using Florien
You may use Florien for lawful personal planning and focus support. Keep your login secure. Do not interfere with the service, access another account, reverse engineer protected parts of Florien, misuse AI features or use Florien to harm another person or break the law.
Planning and AI output
Florien can organize tasks and suggest possible next steps. Suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Review them before acting. Florien is not a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, crisis, legal or financial service and does not replace qualified professional advice.
Subscriptions and purchases
Florien offers monthly and yearly subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play. The store shows the current price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the store account used to buy Florien. Cancellations and refunds are governed by that store. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add to Florien. You give the service the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that content only to provide the features you request, secure Florien and meet legal obligations. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
Florien and Wire & Fire materials
The Florien app, brand, software, interface and original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized copying, resale or distribution.
Availability and account action
Features may change as Florien develops. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted or ended for serious or repeated misuse, security risks, legal requirements or conduct that harms Florien or other users. You may stop using Florien and request account deletion at any time.
Responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Florien is provided without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, while preserving mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Terms may be updated when Florien or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in the app when appropriate.
