Who is responsible

Florien is provided by Alperen Demirdöğer, operating under the Wire & Fire brand in Türkiye. He is the data controller for personal information processed through Florien. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@wirefire.co.

What Florien is

Florien is a visual planning and focus tool for tasks, routines, reminders, focus sessions and personal reflection. It is not a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, crisis, legal or financial service.

Information you provide

• Account details such as email address, display name, sign-in method and user ID.
• Tasks, subtasks, routines, lists, notes, schedules, reminders and profile names.
• Mood entries, reflections and optional onboarding answers, including answers about neurodivergence.
• Messages sent to Florien AI and task text submitted for AI assistance.
• Language, accessibility, notification, calendar and other app preferences.
• Feedback and messages sent to support.

Information created when you use Florien

• Task completion, achievement and feature-usage records needed to provide the app.
• Subscription status, product ID and a protected transaction reference supplied by Apple or Google.
• AI usage counters used for limits, access control and abuse prevention.
• Device, IP and technical logs that Google infrastructure may process for security and reliability.

Florien does not receive your full payment card details and does not currently use Firebase Analytics, advertising trackers or Crashlytics.

Optional device features

• Microphone and operating-system speech recognition can turn speech into text. Florien does not keep the audio recording.
• Calendar access can store connection details. Google calendar import is not yet a complete live feature.
• On supported Apple devices, you can choose to sync mood entries with Apple Health. Apple Health data remains subject to your device permissions.
• Notifications, widgets and Live Activities may keep limited task or timer information on your device.

Florien does not request location, camera or photo-library access for its current features. Optional permissions can be withdrawn in your device settings.

How and why information is used

Information is used to create and secure your account, sync your plan, provide the features you request, verify subscription access, generate AI assistance, answer support requests and protect Florien from abuse. Processing is based on providing the service you request, your choices for optional or sensitive features, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and reliability. Florien does not sell personal information or use planning content for cross-app advertising.

Providers and international processing

Florien uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions for accounts, storage and server features. Google Gemini processes text submitted for AI assistance. Apple and Google may also process sign-in, subscription, speech, calendar and device-integration data when you use those features. Cloud Functions currently operate in the United States, so some information may be processed outside Türkiye. Transfers are handled under the permissions and lawful safeguards applicable to the service and your location.

Florien AI

Florien sends the task text or limited recent chat context needed to answer your request to Google Gemini. Your Florien user ID is used for access control but is not included in the Gemini prompt. Florien does not keep a permanent server-side chat history and does not use your content to train its own model. Google processes requests under its applicable API terms. AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and are added to your plan only after you choose to accept them.

Retention and deletion

Account information is kept while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Deleting your account in Florien removes the Firebase account and its main user data. Limited transaction, legal, security or fraud-prevention records may be kept where necessary. Provider backups may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.

Local settings and widget data can remain on your device after account deletion. Remove Florien, its widgets and local app data to clear them. Store subscription records remain with Apple or Google. See the account deletion page for the complete process.

Your choices and rights

You can change app settings, disconnect optional services, withdraw permissions and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. Requests under Türkiye's KVKK are handled as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Additional local rights may apply where you live. Email support@wirefire.co from the address connected to your account.

Age and family use

You must be at least 16 to create a Florien account. A younger person may use a profile within an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that an account was created below this age without appropriate permission, we will delete it.

Changes

This policy may change as Florien develops or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain on this page. Material changes will be communicated in the app when appropriate.
