Delete your Florien account.
The fastest path is inside Florien. A web request is available if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete inside Florien
Open Florien, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Confirm the request in the app. This removes your Firebase Authentication account and the main Florien data stored under your user account.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@wirefire.co from the address connected to your Florien account. Use Florien account deletion request as the subject and do not send your password. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership. Requests are completed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers the Florien account and its main cloud data, including profiles, tasks, routines, lists, mood entries, onboarding answers, preferences, feedback and AI usage records. Florien does not keep a permanent server-side AI chat history.
What may remain
Limited transaction, legal, security or fraud-prevention records may be retained where necessary. Provider backups may remain temporarily until normal backup cycles overwrite them. Settings, notification data and widget content stored on your device may remain until you remove Florien, its widgets or local app data.
Subscriptions are separate
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store account used for purchase. Health or calendar data held by Apple or Google may also need to be removed through those services.
